Getting started
Set your pickup location. StarOne lists verified drivers who are online nearby, grouped by distance — 1–2 km, 2–4 km, 4–6 km, and the rest of your city.
Yes. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and rate drivers. Signing up takes a one-time code sent to your email.
Orders
You arrange payment directly with your driver. StarOne does not process delivery payments.
You can cancel any time before the driver accepts. After that, contact the driver directly or open a support ticket.
Pending means the driver has not responded yet. Accepted, Picked Up, In Transit and Delivered follow as your driver progresses.
Only verified drivers who are online with an active subscription appear. Try again shortly, or widen your search.
Ratings
Once an order is marked Delivered. Each order can be rated once.
Privacy
Open Account settings and choose Delete account. Your personal information is removed after a short grace period; order records are retained in anonymised form.
