Getting listed

  1. 1 Create your account Sign in with a one-time passcode — there is no password to manage.
  2. 2 Upload your documents Licence and vehicle paperwork, from your account.
  3. 3 An administrator reviews them Approved or rejected by a person, not automatically.
  4. 4 You appear in search Customers nearby see you, sorted by distance, and call you.

Common questions

Set your pickup location. StarOne lists verified drivers who are online nearby, grouped by distance — within 2 km, 2–4 km, 4–6 km, and the rest of your city.

Yes. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and rate drivers. Signing up takes a one-time code sent to your email.

You arrange payment directly with your driver. StarOne does not process delivery payments.

You can cancel any time before the driver accepts. After that, contact the driver directly or open a support ticket.

Pending means the driver has not responded yet. Accepted, Picked Up, In Transit and Delivered follow as your driver progresses.

Only verified drivers who are online with an active subscription appear. Try again shortly, or widen your search.
